Trail Running Gear

  • trail running shoes – which I choose depending on the terrain and weather (trail running, technical run – with rocks, raining day or snow)
  • compression socks
  • pants
  • t-shirt or blouse (only if it’s cold outside)
  • my Suunto watch and HR monitor
  • headband

  • running poles
  • waterproof jacket
  • headlamp
  • safety blanket
  • water flasks
  • telephone
  • rehydration salts and food (abou 800-1000 kcal)
  • basic medicines and patches and tissues
  • mp3 player (not a MUST 🙂 )
  • eventually an extra t-shirt or blouse
