- trail running shoes – which I choose depending on the terrain and weather (trail running, technical run – with rocks, raining day or snow)
- compression socks
- pants
- t-shirt or blouse (only if it’s cold outside)
- my Suunto watch and HR monitor
- headband

- running poles
- waterproof jacket
- headlamp
- safety blanket
- water flasks
- telephone
- rehydration salts and food (abou 800-1000 kcal)
- basic medicines and patches and tissues
- mp3 player (not a MUST 🙂 )
- eventually an extra t-shirt or blouse
